These terms govern your use of rumosinks.co.uk and any order you place with us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to them.

Rumo Sinks operates rumosinks.co.uk, selling kitchen sinks direct to customers across the UK. You can reach us at support@rumosinks.co.uk or +44 7543 544598. Our warehouse is at Unit 26 Nile Mill A, Fields New Road, Oldham, OL9 8NH.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse it — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or scraping our content or pricing for commercial use without our permission.
We've made every effort to display our products and their colours accurately, but screens vary, and actual finishes (particularly anthracite and nano-coated surfaces) may look slightly different in person.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, include VAT at the prevailing rate. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover a genuine pricing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before proceeding — you can then choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Payment is taken via Shopify Payments or PayPal at checkout. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
When you place an order, we'll send you an order confirmation email — this confirms we've received your order, but it doesn't necessarily mean we've accepted it. A binding contract is formed once we dispatch your order. Very occasionally we may be unable to fulfil an order, for example due to a stock or pricing error; if that happens, we'll let you know and refund you in full.
Delivery timescales, areas, and charges are set out on our Delivery Information page, which forms part of these terms. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we've received payment in full. Risk in the goods — responsibility for loss or damage — passes to you on delivery.
Full detail on cancelling an order, returning something you no longer want, exchanges, and what happens if an item arrives damaged or faulty is set out on our Returns & Exchanges page, which forms part of these terms.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described — or your right to cancel most online orders within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our own returns window is longer and more generous than this legal minimum.
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or acting negligently, but we're not responsible for any loss or damage that isn't foreseeable. We don't exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't legally be excluded under English law.
We're not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, carrier disruption, or industrial action — in these cases we'll let you know as soon as we can and take reasonable steps to minimise the impact.
The content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not reproduce, copy, or use our content for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, and how we use cookies is set out in our Cookies Policy. Both form part of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect a change in the law or how we run our business. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. The terms in place at the time you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
If something's gone wrong, please contact us first — most issues can be sorted out directly and quickly. If we can't resolve a complaint between us, you may be entitled to refer it to an alternative dispute resolution provider; we'll confirm the relevant details if that situation arises.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply. These terms, and any order placed through this website, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
